- Enquiry and quote details — when you submit an enquiry form, book a showroom appointment or use the bathroom cost calculator, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the service you are interested in and your calculator selections.
- Communication records — records of correspondence if you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or through our forms.
- Technical data — limited technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) collected by the third-party services embedded on this site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and arrange appointments, surveys or showroom visits.
- To carry out and manage the work you engage us for.
- To contact you about your quote or project by phone, email or SMS, where you have agreed to this.
- To send occasional marketing communications, only where you have given consent (for example the optional marketing checkboxes on our calculator). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Where your data is stored
Form and calculator submissions are processed through our customer relationship management platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) and a secure database operated on our behalf. Reviews shown on this site are provided by Trustindex and Google; maps are provided by Google Maps. These providers may set cookies or process limited technical data when their content loads.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry, deliver our services and meet legal, accounting and guarantee obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the business (such as our CRM platform), and where required by law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
