We are so happy with our bathroom, and the guys were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process — so polite and tidy, and helpful in making sure everything was done just as we wanted it. We will be recommending Venus to all our friends, and expect to be coming back in a few years' time for our other bathrooms too!

After contacting several other companies to carry out a complete bathroom refurbishment, we were very impressed with the professionalism and in-depth knowledge of Steve Ball from Venus Property Solutions. We were involved throughout the design stage and were provided with 3D images to help us choose our preferred option. The installation team were very well coordinated, considerate, tidy and, most importantly, experienced in their trade. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Venus.

If you look you might find cheaper, but you won't find a better quality bathroom. From start to finish we can't recommend Venus Bathrooms highly enough. From our first visit to the showroom Steve couldn't have been more helpful and patient in working to find the design we were happy with. We can highly recommend Venus in LB. It was excellent from initial consultation in the showroom to completion. First class project management, as we always knew who was doing what throughout the project. Each craftsman always arrived as planned and all took pride in their work and left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the final outcome, resulting in an excellent small wet room. I think it would be difficult to find anyone better than Venus Solutions.

We had our bathroom and ensuite replaced by Venus Solutions. They took great care in doing an excellent design for us and when the work actually started they were really professional. We were kept informed at all times as to which tradesman would be arriving when, and they were all on time, polite and tidied up after themselves. We chose Venus through a recommendation from a friend and are delighted with our new bathroom. Everyone in their organisation was professional and helpful, from the first visit to the showroom to pick tiles and fittings, to the final end product. It was very helpful to see an online mock-up of what our final bathroom would look like. The whole job took two weeks as predicted and each stage was project managed by a senior team member.
